These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Forlivf website and any demonstrations, materials, or services we make available through it (together, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Forlivf builds AI-powered software for IVF laboratories, designed to work with the laboratory equipment clinics already own. The website describes our platform and lets clinics request a demonstration. Access to the platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between Forlivf and your organisation.

Content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, does not establish a clinician–patient relationship, and must not be used as a substitute for the professional judgement of qualified clinicians and embryologists. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinical team.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability;
• copy, scrape, or reproduce content from the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or requesting a demonstration.

The Services, including all text, figures, illustrations, software, and branding, are owned by Forlivf or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forlivf disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Performance figures shown on the website reflect internal validation and field deployments and may not be representative of results in every laboratory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forlivf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
