Privacy Policy

1Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Forlivf (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or interact with us. We are based in Hyderabad, India, and handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate and improve the Services:

  • Contact information you provide when you email us or request a demonstration — such as your name, work email, clinic or organisation, and the contents of your message.
  • Usage information collected automatically when you visit the website — such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device characteristics.

3Clinical and Laboratory Data

The Forlivf platform processes laboratory imagery under agreements with partner clinics, not through this website. All inbound data pipelines operate under strict, automated zero-PII anonymisation protocols and active Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) retrospective research waivers, in alignment with ICMR guidelines on the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare. No patient-identifiable information is collected through this website.

4How We Use Information

  • to respond to enquiries and schedule demonstrations;
  • to operate, maintain, and improve the website;
  • to understand aggregate interest in the platform and measure the effectiveness of our communications;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

5Cookies and Analytics

The website may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to collect aggregate usage statistics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the site.

6Sharing

We share information only:

  • with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, hosting and analytics) under appropriate safeguards;
  • when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process; or
  • in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.

7Security and Retention

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, and we retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the timelines required by law.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
